Menneskerettigheter – Human Rights Violence

Written by Marius Reikerås:

«From the foregoing considerations it follows that natural parents’ exercise of judicial remedies with a view to obtaining family reunification with their child cannot as such be held against them.»

————————– Translated

Yesterday I wrote that it would have been a HUGE advantage if all the so-called «experts» in the Fardal debate had breathed with their stomachs, let their emotions rest, and rather started reading up on human rights.

Because the debate is not really about Rune Fardal alone, but about the fact that the elite in Norway, those who are behind all the human rights violations for which Norway is judged time after time, want to have a monopoly on the power of definition.

What VG, on behalf of the elite, wants is that families who are exposed to human rights violations should be forced to keep a close eye on these, as long as it is not the elite themselves who set the premises for the debate.

However, these questions have already been thoroughly examined in Europe’s highest judicial body for human rights; the Grand Chamber in Strasbourg.

The fact is that the state tried to use the fact that she went public with her case against Trude Lobben.

It is stated as follows in premise 212 of the Grand Chamber judgment:
«From the foregoing considerations it follows that natural parents’ exercise of judicial remedies with a view to obtaining family reunification with their child cannot as such be held against them.»

In other words: You cannot use against families who fight for their rights, that they use the opportunities available to fight to get the children back.

What do all judicial murders in Norway have in common?

Yes, they are created as a result of the elite producing the judicial murders with the help of a massive collective pre-condemnation of the victim, and where the press in particular contributes.

The editor of VG, Gard Steiro, has himself admitted to having failed in the judicial murder of Viggo Kristiansen. Just as he did in several other cases, including the Giske case.

And here we are again:

VG lets a number of «experts» get away with their collective and agreed feelings, without a hint of anchoring it in the law, which has thus already been dealt with at the highest level in Europe’s highest court.

Then it is better to keep a close eye on the fact that, just since September 2018, Norway has been convicted in 15 child protection cases in the European Court of Human Rights.

Because the most important thing is to protect the elite. Cost what it will.
